Hi, folks. This serious guy on the picture at the right is me. Currently I live near Amsterdam, although originally I come from Belarus. I work as an Agile Coach at EPAM Systems and I’m also an Authorized ICAgile Trainer at AgileLAB. I’ve been an Agile practitioner for more than 5 years and had a chance to get my hands dirty with it so I can boast some practical experience. And I try to keep it this way. I worked with a wide variety of clients from all over the world, including large well-known international corporations. I try to adhere to Agile and Lean as I find a lot of sense in them. I’ve spoken at a number of meetups and conferences and continue doing so—occasionally, because I believe in quality over quantity and have grown somewhat tired of the fact that speakers turn nearly every single Agile conference into an marketing expo. I’m one of the co-founders of the Agile and Lean community in Minsk, Belarus called peopleVprocess. I started as a software developer about 10 years ago and had the opportunity to try out all the fun stuff XP brought to us, so I know what I’m talking about.
